Fallon Health names Annamaria Salisbury Executive Director of its Summit ElderCare program

Worcester, Mass., Jan. 5, 2018 — Fallon Health is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Annamaria Salisbury to Executive Director of its Summit ElderCare® program. 

Summit ElderCare is Fallon’s Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). This unique coordinated care and coverage program offers adults over age 55 and their caregivers an innovative and comprehensive alternative to nursing home care. Salisbury is responsible for strategic planning, policy advocacy, clinical operations and program growth.

Joining Fallon Health as Site Director in 2010, Salisbury oversaw the daily operations of one of Fallon’s Summit ElderCare PACE Centers. Salisbury has since served as Senior Director of Operations and Senior Site Director, as well as Interim Executive Director of the Summit ElderCare program.

Prior to joining Fallon, Salisbury was Administrative Manager for the Department of Medicine at Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island in Pawtucket. She also held several directorial roles with Fellowship Health Resources in Lincoln, Rhode Island—a behavioral health care non-profit organization.

Salisbury earned her master’s degree in public administration from the University of Rhode Island and a bachelor’s degree in social work from Rhode Island College. She is a member of the National PACE Association, National Alliance for the Mentally Ill and American Society for Public Administration.

Salisbury has been a volunteer at the Special Olympics Rhode Island Torch Run since 2000. She lives in West Warwick, Rhode Island with her family.
